Room Full of Love

Saturday was our shower with our Toledo friends & family.  The room was full of love and excellent food!!  The ladies prepared all of my favorite salads (Betty salad, Taco salad, & Asian salad)!  My cousin Lauren did a great job designing all of the decorations and games (she's for hire if you need a party planner ;) )

Dre's Day

Saturday was Andrea's last night of freedom!  We celebrated her upcoming wedding with a wine tasting followed by a crazy night at the bar.

Here is a sneak peek of last night's Jack White show.  Special shout out to Brandon for convincing me to bring my camera in even though there were multiple signs stating they will kick you out if you are caught with a camera and for his brilliant idea of sneaking down to the front row.  Perfect birthday gift.

All the Single Ladies

Saturday, we helped celebrate Cyndi's last night as a single lady in Chicago! 

And Baby plus Miss Bailey make 4!

*For those that don't know, Miss Bailey is their dog :)

Sunday marked the start of baby season in our group of friends.  Jenny & Rob are expecting their first in June and their shower could not have been more perfect.

Time to Celebrate

Record Store Day is a day where all of the independently owned record stores come together with artists to celebrate the art of music.  Artists prepare special limited release vinyl and cds as well as other promotional products in celebration of the love of music*.

*When I say music, I don't mean what the majority of the Detroit radio stations play

This line was wrapped around the corner even longer than this part of the line.

We made it out with everything we came for!  My limited edition White Stripes single & Dr. Dre's The Chronic and Brandon got limited edition Iggy & The Stooges, Genesis and a collaboration single of Feist & Mastodon called Feistadon.
