Early Spring

After a stressful night performing his duties as Nurse Barkley to Stella, he sits quitely enjoying the snow fall.  

Enjoy it while you can buddy.  Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow this morning, and per the news, he is never wrong, which means early spring!

They say it's your birthday...

Here he sleeps.  My now 2 year old English Bulldog.  Seriously, he sleeps so much, I am totally coming back as him in my next life.  His birthday gift is that I am home with him for the day.  Stella is sick (shocking I know) with bronchitis, so we will all be spending the day together.  Happy birthday buddy!  You enjoy those naps today :)

Snow Day!

Were all home today on this lovely snow day, staying warm and dry.  Though this isn't the best photo technically speaking, I love it because you can really see the love they share.  Stella has discovered her Daddy and for now, Mama is not that big a deal.  I'm ok with that, especially if I keep getting to experience moments like this one.

Catching up with Kamrynn! {little ones}

Sunday, I spent the afternoon with who I believe to be the most energetic 3 year old I know, Kamrynn.  Needless to say, I had to elevate my feet when I got home :)

Saturday morning I met up with Zoey.  She showed me her best modeling poses and then beat me in Hungry Hungry Hippos!

Sunday marked the start of baby season in our group of friends.  Jenny & Rob are expecting their first in June and their shower could not have been more perfect.
